Description:	Acts like a screen overlay with colour and transparency control.
Purpose:	This has been designed to help those who find the whole screen of a computer too bright or not a helpful colour for reading. May suit those with scotopic sensitivity and/or specific learning difficulties including dyslexia.
Features:	The entire screen can be changed to appear shaded by a chosen colour with a slide bar for the depth of colour. The control panel can sit on top of other programs or left in the task bar. It is very easy to use with the various tints on show or if these are not the preferred colours then it is possible to put in precise RGB figures or use the colour slider in the system colour window. There is a 15 day trial version for download. The program is now part of the ScreenRuler suite with a magnified virtual ruler for easy reading.
